Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Drag anywhere on the screen to steer as you fall. Avoid hazards, collect Echoes and memory fragments, and survive as deep as you can. Your Echoes are banked after each run and can be spent on upgrades and cosmetics from the case hub.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. The Game is fully playable offline. An internet connection is only used for the optional global leaderboard; offline scores are queued and submitted automatically when you're back online.
How do I change my leaderboard name?
Open Leaderboard from the case hub and tap Edit next to your name. Names can be up to 14 characters. A small #tag is added automatically so identical names stay distinct.
Is my progress backed up?
Progress is saved locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game will erase your progress, so keep that in mind before removing it.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No ads and no tracking. All upgrades and cosmetics are bought with Echoes earned by playing.
How do I unlock Dr. Adrian Voss?
Adrian is available as a skin in Cosmetics once you've banked enough Echoes. Keep descending.
How do I delete my leaderboard data?
See the Privacy Policy. Use the contact form above and choose Data Deletion Request with your display name and we will remove your entries within 30 days.
